Cílem této práce je příprava Projektu vzdělávací akce - Teambuilding. V úvodu práce jsem se zmínila o týmu a o výhodách, které nám přináší práce v týmu. V práci jsem identifikovala vzdělávací potřeby, definovala profil účastníka a absolventa vzdělávací akce. Následně jsem popsala inventář disciplín vzdělávací akce a studijní plán, který je sestaven do osnov s danou časovou dotací. Dále jsou načrtnuté použité formy, metody a techniky. Okrajově jsem se dotkla materiálního, technického a finančního zabezpečení, stejně tak jako personálního zajištění. V závěru se objevuje v jakých fázích a jakým způsobem bude probíhat evaluace.Aim of this work is prepare Educational Project - Teambuilding. In introduction I mentioned something about team and about advantages, which we can get when we work in team. Inside of the work I identified educational requirments, then I defined participant´s and leaver´s profile. After this I describe discipline´s inventory of education and educational schedule, which is configured into curriculum and time setting. Forms, methods and technics are based next. Then I mentioned material, technical and financial resources a little bit and finally personal covering. In the end you can find the evaluation process.
