Cílem této bakalářské práce je srovnání jedné z mnoha typologií organizační kultury s jednou z typologií osobnosti. Co se týče organizační kultury, definovat budu formování, způsoby změn v ní probíhající, prvky a úrovně organizační kultury. Zaměřím se také na národní i mezinárodní kulturu firem. V nejdůležitější řadě definuji typologii organizační kultury, která jako jediná v celé organizaci finanční prostředky akumuluje nikoli naopak. Typologie osobnosti pro začátek stručně objasní pojmy a vývoj, abych se mohla dále věnovat typologii MBTI, která je stěžejní pro srovnání s typologií organizační kultury podle Deala a Kennedyho v této práci.This Bachelor work is comparing one chosen typology of organization culture with one typology of personality. Regarding the organization culture, I will define formation of this culture, the changes, the parts and the levels within the organization culture. I will focus on national and international business culture. The most important part of the work is to define a typology of the organization culture which is the sole part of the organization that accumulates financial means. The typology of personality explains its terms and development, thus, I can furthermore concern on the MBTI typology. MBTI is crucial for comparison with organization culture in accordance with Deal and Kennedy.
