Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hormonální substituční terapie (HRT) v klimakteriu. Cílem práce bylo zjistit postoj žen k řešení projevů estrogenového deficitu, zjistit zájem žen o HRT a informovanost o rizicích užívání HRT. Nakonec mě zajímal názor žen na postavení nehormonálních přípravků k HRT v léčbě klimakterických potíží. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na indikaci, účinky a rizika HRT. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky výzkumného šetření, které bylo provedeno formou anonymních dotazníků u žen v klimakteriu. Získaná data jsou interpretována pomocí tabulek a grafů a konfrontována v diskuzi.The bachelor thesis deals with hormone substitution therapy (HRT) in climacterium. The aim of the study was to find out attitude of women to the solution of complications that are connected with the estrogen deficit, women's interested in the HRT and their knowledge of risks relating to taking of HRT. Finally, I was interested in women's opinion on the position of non-hormonal preparatives to the HRT in treatment of climacteric complications. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretic part is focused on indications, effects and risks of the HRT. The practical part includes results of research investigation, which was based on anonymous questionnaires of women in climacterium. Acquired data are interpreted in tables and graphs and confronted in discussion.
