Cílem předložené bakalářské práce je představit nezaměstnanost jako ekonomický a sociální problém, kterému musí dnešní společnost čelit a kterým se musí zabývat vlády všech zemí. Tato práce by měla přispět k nalezení vhodných prostředků a způsobů boje proti tomuto negativnímu jevu. První část práce obecně popisuje a definuje nezaměstnanost a všechny důležité pojmy s ní související. Dále pak představuje různé druhy nezaměstnanosti, které v dnešní společnosti existují. Druhá část charakterizuje vývoj a situaci nezaměstanosti i pracovního trhu ve Francii a České republice. Zabývá se také kroky, které vlády těchto zemí podnikly k tomu, aby snížily míru registrované nezaměstnanosti. Třetí část se pak zabývá porovnáním některých vybraných ekonomických indikátorů (míry zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti) obou zemí. Součástí práce je také porovnání politiky zaměstnanosti těchto zemí. V závěru textu jsou uvedeny osobní návrhy činností, které by mohly vlády podniknout, aby dosáhly snížení počtu nezaměstnaných osob.The aim of this thesis is to present the unemployment as an economic and a social problem which makes part of our society and the governments of all countries have to deal with. This work should help to find the convenient ways and instruments how to fight against this negative phenomenon. The first part of this work describes and defines the unemployment and all the important terms relating to it. It also presents different types of unemployment that exist in our society. The second part talks about the evolution and the situation of the unemployment and of the labour market in France as well as in Czech Republic. It also gives a list of different steps that the governments of these countries have already undertaken to reduce the rate of unemployment. The third part is a comparison of some economic indicators (the rate of employment and the rate of unemployment) of the two countries. The another section of this part refers to the comparison of both Czech and French labour policy. At the end of this work appear some personal propositions of actions that the governments should undertake to reduce the number of unemployed people.
