Cílem této diplomové práce je identifikace základních činitelů ovlivňujících subjektivní rozhodování těhotných žen při výběru porodnice, ve které chtějí porodit své dítě a dále základních činitelů ovlivňujících následné zhodnocení zdravotnického zařízení po porodu. Součástí práce je vyhodnocení identifikovaných základních činitelů v rámci tří brněnských porodnic, tj. srovnání těchto zdravotnických zařízení, ověření devíti stanovených hypotéz a navržení podnětů pro management porodnic ke zlepšení kvality péče. Podkladem byly údaje získané na základě dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo formou dvou anonymních dotazníků určených těhotným ženám a ženám po porodu ve vybraných brněnských gynekologických ambulancích a v brněnských porodnicích, a to v měsících červen až srpen roku 2007. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace z oblasti kvality péče, těhotenství a porodu, teorii týkající se procesu rozhodování a stručnou charakteristiku hodnocených brněnských porodnic. Praktická část uvádí výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které jsou statisticky zpracovány a doplněny grafy a komentáři.The aim of this thesis is to identify fundamental factors affecting a subjective decision-making of pregnant women related to the choice of a maternity hospital where they want to give birth to their child. This thesis also focuses on the main factors affecting the subsequent assessment of a medical building after the childbirth. This thesis includes evaluation of the main identified factors in three maternity hospitals in Brno, which means the comparison of these maternity hospitals, verification of the nine determined theories and a proposal of suggestions for the management of the maternity hospitals towards a care quality improvement. The source for this thesis was data collected by an anonymous questionnaire method. The questionnaire was presented to pregnant women and women after the childbirth at selected gynaecologist practices and maternity hospitals in Brno in the months of June through September 2007. The theoretical part focuses on the basic information from the field of a care quality, pregnancy and childbirth, the theory connected to the process of a decision-making and a brief characteristic of the evaluated maternity hospitals. The practical part presents the results of the questionnaire examination, which are statistically processed and completed with graphs and commentaries.
