Eutanazie je v dnešní době velmi diskutované téma a to jak laickou, tak i odbornou veřejností. Cílem práce bylo zjistit jaký postoj problematice eutanazie a umírání zaujímají zdravotní sestry z jednotlivých oddělení (oddělení akutní medicíny, oddělení dlouhodobě nemocných, standardního oddělení a hospice). Snahou této práce bylo nastínit problematiku eutanazie, objasnit pojmy, které se k dané problematice vztahují a uvést možné důsledky, které s sebou případná legalizace eutanazie může nést.Euthanasia is a widely discussed topic of these days both among public community as well as among health care professionals. The aim of the work is to find out the attitude of nurses (from different departments) towards euthanasia and dying. The other aim of the work is to present the fundamentals of euthanasia and its questions, and the possible consequences which could the legalization of euthanasia bring.
