Práce je zaměřena na názor zdravotních sester, jaký má vliv zavedení reformy veřejných financí stanovené Zákonem 261/2007 Sb. "Zákon o stabilizaci veřejného rozpočtu, část 40-43`` na profesní etiku a kvalitu poskytované zdravotní péče. V této práci jsou zdůrazněny profesně-etické dilematické situace při vybírání regulačních poplatků ve všech diferenciacích poskytování zdravotní péče.The thesis constrates on the opinion of nurses, what is the influence of the reform, set by the law 261/2007 of the collection "Law concerning the statibilisation of the public budget, parts 40-43" on the professional ethics and on the quality of the health care. The thesis emphesizes the professional and ethic dilemmatic situations while charging the regulation fees in all the differentiations of providing the health care.
