Závěrečná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku psychických změn u žen po hysterektomii. Hlavním cílem je seznámení se s mírou informovanosti žen o hysterektomii, zmapování psychických problémů a srovnání výskytu deprese, jak u žen po hysterektomii, tak u žen z laické veřejnosti. Teoretická část zahrnuje problematiku hysterektomie, předoperační přípravu, pooperační péči, možné změny vyvolané hysterektomií. Podrobněji je pak pojednáváno o psychologické problematice žen po hysterektomii v kapitole "Psychosomatická medicína``. V praktické části jsou předkládány výsledky anonymního dotazníkového šetření provedeného u žen po hysterektomii a u žen z laické veřejnosti.Final bachelor work is concentrated on the mental changes and their problems of the women suffered hysterectomy. The rade of knowledgeability, the mental problems and comparison of occurence of depression among the women after hysterectomy as well as among the women of the laic publicare the main targets of the this. Teoretical part arcount for hysterectomy problematic, preoperative preparations and postoperative care, possible changes awakened by this operation. Furthermore there is the chapter called "Psychosomatic Medicine`` dealt with psychological problems of women in detail. Practical part consists of the anonymous questionaire results established at the both groups of women.
