Práce je zaměřena na zjištění rozdílů životní spokojenosti osob závislých na alkoholu v ambulantní péči a za hospitalizace. Dále je sledováno, ve které životní oblasti jsou osoby závislé na alkoholu nejvíce spokojeni, a ve které jsou spokojeni nejméně. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí alkoholismu, alkoholu, alkoholové závislosti, definicí životní spokojenosti a popisuje také ošetřovatelskou péči u osob závislých na alkoholu. V praktické části jsou zpracovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření prováděného v období leden-únor 2008 u klientů Psychiatrické léčebny Brno-Černovice a u klientů Kliniky psychiatrie v Olomouci. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou shrnuty v diskusi a v závěru práce.This thesis is concerned with the diferences in satisfaction with life in alcohol-dependent persons in both out-patient and in-patient. It also aims at determining in which part of life alcohol-dependent persons are the most content and in which part the situation is opposite. The theoretical parts deals with the definitions of alcoholism, alcohol, alcohol-dependence, the definition of satisfaction and also describes nursing care of alcohol-dependent persons. The practical part presents the findings of a questionnaire survey which took place at the Clinic of Psychiatry in Olomouc and in Mental hospital in Brno-Černovice from January to February 2008. The findings of survey are summarized in discussion and conclusion parts of the thesis.
