Teoretická část této bakalářské práce se věnuje sluchu a vadám sluchu dle jednotlivých klasifikací. Na to navazují kapitoly, ve kterých se věnujeme komunikaci osob se sluchovým postižením a kompenzačním pomůckám pro tyto jedince. Teoretickou část uzavírá charakteristika státní správy. V praktické části se věnujeme výzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření komunikaci pracovníků státní správy s osobami se sluchovým postižením. Na dotazník odpovědělo celkem 71 respondentů. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou v práci shrnuty a podrobněji rozebrány pomocí grafů a následného komentáře. V příloze je seznam pracovišť státní správy z Olomouckého kraje, ve kterých jsme prováděli dotazníkové šetření. Další součástí přílohy je dotazník.The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is focused on hearing and hearing defects according to individual classifications. The following chapters are devoted to communication of people with hearing disorders and compensative aids for these persons. The theoretical part is finished with the characteristics of state administration. We deal with the research on communication between workers of state administration and people with hearing disorders through a questionnaire research in the practical part. 71 respondents altogether replied to our questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire research are summarized in the work. They have been analysed more in detail through graphs and a subsequent commentary. There is a list of workplaces of the state administration in the Olomouc Region in Appendix, in which the questionnaire research had been administered. Another part of the Appendix is the questionnaire.
