Práce podává přehled o společensko - historických okolnostech vzniku nacistické strany od jejích počátků po roce 1918. Zabývá se zejména její organizací a stranickými orgány. Úlohou jakou zastával A. Hitler ve vedení strany a distribucí moci v rámci nejvyššího vedení. Vznikem organizace SS a splynutím jednotek SS se státními institucemi. Jejím tématem je také zvěcnění a odlidštění , které přináší s sebou systém moderní byrokratické správy. Ukazuje kam, až může zajít technický pragmatizmus pokud není krocen úctou k lidskému jedinci.The aim of this works is to give a review of social and historical circumstances of the creation of the Nazi party since their beginning after the year of 1918. It deals with its organization and the party rules and which role A. Hitler had in the party management and how he distributed the power within the framework of it. The work also inquires into the creation of SS organization and its merger with state institutions. The next task is an implication of technocracy and inhumanness, which is closely connected with the modern bureaucracy management system. It shows how far the technical pragmatism is able to go, when it is not restrained by a respect towards a human being.
