Diplomová práce pojednává o telefonické krizové intervenci jako účinné formě pomoci lidem v krizi. V teoretické části práce se zabýváme problematikou krize a krizové intervence. Práce se zaobírá i jednotlivými aspekty telefonické krizové intervence - jako historií, právem, klady a zápory, klienty, konzultanty... V empirické části popisujeme metodologii a realizaci výzkumu. Prezentujeme výsledky na základě analýzy dat a příběhů klientů linek důvěry. V závěru shrnujeme výsledky práce.The thesis deals with a counseling by telephone as an effective form of help to people in crisis. In the theoretical part of the thesis we're concerned with problems of crisis and crisis intervention. Moreover the thesis deals with the individual aspects of counseling by telephone such as history, laws, pros and cones, clients, consultants{\dots}. In the empirical part of the thesis we describe methodology and the research realisation. We present results according to data analysis and the story of helpline's clients, too. In the conclusion we summarize the thesis results.
