Práce se pokusí přiblížit osobnost herce, režiséra, kabaretiéra a dramatika Emila Artura Longena a vysledovat kabaretní inspiraci v jeho textech. Zaměří se i na jeho názory na divadelní tvorbu a prvky předznamenávající nástup avantgardy. Bude se opírat o dostupnou odbornou literaturu, o recenze a analýzu vybraných dramatických textů.The thesis tries to focus on the personality of the actor, director, cabaret entertainer and playwright Emil Artur Longen and the inspiration of his slapstick texts. It will also deal with his opinions on drama production and the signs foreshadowing the commencement of avant-garde. The work is based on available specialized literature, critiques and analysis of chosen theatrical pieces.
