Diplomová práce "Výzkum školního klimatu v projektu Zdravá škola`` se zabývá popisem klimatu školy z hlediska jeho částí a forem. Vymezuje pojmy prostředí, klima a atmosféra z pohledu pedagogiky. Důraz přitom klade na jejich spojitost s mezilidskými vztahy a s vyučovacími procesy ve školní praxi. Představuje také zásady projektu Zdravá škola, jež přispívají ke zlepšení kvality školního klimatu a dále vybrané výzkumy, které byly v této oblasti provedeny. Hlavním cílem práce je informovat o výzkumu provedeném v roce 2007 na Střední zdravotnické a sociální škole v Chrudimi, která je součástí řetězce škol podporujících zdraví. Výzkum je členěn na dvě části podle použitých metod. První představuje výsledky kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření, kde byli dotazováni studenti, jejich rodiče a učitelé. Zaměřuje se na posuzování pěti oblastí školního klimatu třemi skupinami respondentů. Ve druhé, doplňující části jsou kvalitativně interpretovány poznatky z dotazníku s otevřenými otázkami. Závěrem práce je zjištění, v jakých oblastech se názory skupin dotazovaných nejvíce odlišují, jejich celkové hodnocení klimatu školy a některá konkrétní vyjádření popisující situaci na škole. Shodné názory dotazovaných ukazují na zdravé školní klima. Práce přispívá k informovanosti o aktuální tematice klimatu školy a zároveň k evaluaci klimatu na vybrané škole.The thesis "Health Promoting School - Research in to the School Climate`` deals with description of the school climate by looking at aspects of its parts and forms. It includes notions of environment, climate and atmosphere in light of pedagogy. At the same time it emphasis the continuity these notions dealing with interpersonal relations as well as the tuitional processes in school practices. The work also presents principles of Health promoting schools which contribute to upgrade the qualities of the school climate and some research carried out in this area. The main goal of the thesis is to report on research completed in 2007 on Medical and Social Secondary School in Chrudim, which belongs to a chain of Health promoting schools. The research is structured in two parts according to the methods used. The first part presents the results of a quantitative questionnaire in which students, their parents and teachers were interviewed. It focuses on five areas of the school climate about which the three groups of respondents were asked. In the second part there are qualitatively interpreted pieces of knowledge taken from a questionnaire with open questions. In the conclusion there are findings in which students, teachers and parents give a variety of opinions on the five areas in question. They offer their overall assessment of the school climate and concrete expressions describing the situation in the school. In most cases their views coincide and reflect a healthy school climate. The thesis contributes to the awareness of the actual theme of school climate and at the same time to an evaluation of school climate on the chosen representative school.
