Kamerunská francouzština oplývá zvláštnostmi, jimiž se liší od francouzštiny metropolitní a zároveň se od této postupně vzdaluje. Tento proces divergence nastal již v období, kdy se francouzština, jakožto jazyk koloniální velmoci, začala na kamerunském území používat. Za pozornost tedy stojí faktory a principy, jež tuto rozdílnost způsobují. Tyto pramení zejména z různé mimojazykové skutečnosti a adekvátně se projevují v jednotlivých jazykových plánech. Cílem této práce je poukázat na to, jak si Kamerunci upravují a přizpůsobují neafrický jazyk s jinou logiku, tzn. gramatikou, dále také s odlišným rejstříkem zvuků a lexikálních jednotek jazyku svému. Klíčová slova: zjednodušení, rozbíhavost, analogie, domorodé jazyky, bassa, bamiléké, fulfuldé, "camfranglais``, pidgin.The language curiosities keep on occurring in Cameroonian French, which make this variety of French gradually more and more different from the metropolitan French. The divergence or dissimilarity came into being in the time, when French as the language of colonial power started to be used on the territory of Cameroon. It is very important to pay attention to the reasons, which brought along this divergence. The reasons rise from the different extra-linguistic realities: on the one hand Cameroon and France have experienced and are experiencing different historical events, on the other hand both countries have different ethnic structure, different geographical position etc., which causes that the French used in this country must be also different. The study proceeds on the diachronic, evolutionary, synchronic and present level. Another aim is to make clear, how the Cameroonians adopt a non-African language, which has a totally different logic, i.e. grammar, range of sounds and lexical units, from the language or languages they are used to.
