Diplomová práce se zabývá vaudevillem jako specifickým dramatickým žánrem, mezi jehož nejvýraznější a nejvýznamnější představitele patří bezesporu francouzský dramatik Georges Feydeau, miláček pařížského publika období Belle-Époque. Cílem práce je provést analýzu základních dramatických postupů a hlavních funkčních prvků v díle autora, následně ukázat jejich ztvárnění na českých scénách a především se zaměřit na reakce odborné kritiky, stejně jako i laické veřejnosti. Pro tento účel byly vybrány tři nejhranější a nejoblíbenější Feydeauovy hry: Dámský krejčí; Ten, kdo utře nos a Brouk v hlavě.This diploma thesis deals with vaudeville as a specific dramatic genre, one of which the most prominent and outstanding representatives is, no doubt, a French playwright Georges Feydeau, a favourite in the eyes of the Parisian audience in what is known as the Belle-Époque. The aim of this thesis is to analyse basic dramatic procedures and main functional elements in the work of this author, subsequently, to point out their implementation on Czech theatre stages, and primarily, to focus its attention on the reactions of professional criticism, as well as the one of unqualified public. Three most widely played and most loved plays of Feydeau were chosen to serve this purpose: Ladies´ Dressmaker, Sauce for the Goose and A Flea in Her Ear.
