Tato práce se zabývá postojem Henriho Bergsona k pojmu temporality, především je zaměřena na teorii trvání a na pojetí času jako takového. Protože cílem práce je objasnit, zda má Bergsonova teorie temporality nějaké ovlivňující faktory, v první části je zařazen přehled historie pojetí času. Dále je představena Bergsonova originální koncepce temporality, jež obsahuje zejména teorii trvání, striktní oddělení času od prostoru, kritiku běžného vnímání času, pojem času a svobody a též sluchové percepce (zejména vnímání hudby). V poslední části je zmíněn Bergsonův postoj k teorii relativity a některé vlivy Bergsonovy teorie času na jeho následnovníky. Nicméně hlavním úkolem této práce je vyjádřit originalitu Bergsonovy koncepce v celém filosofickém diskursu.This study deals with Henri Bergson´s attitude to temporality, mainly to the theory of duration and the time itself. Firstly, it introduces the historical oveview of time theories because the main aim of the thesis is to find out if Bergson´s theory was influenced by any time conception from the past. Then, the Bergson´s original approach to time is introduced. His conception includes primarily the theory of duration, strict separation of time from space, critics of the ordinary view of time, notion of time and freedom and perception of sounds (especially music). In the last part, Bergson´s opinion on theory of relativity is briefly stated, and some influences on Bergson´s followers are outlined. Above all this study wants to express the originality of Henri Bergson´s conception of time in the whole philosophical discourse.
