Bakalářká práce se zaměřuje na domácí násilí z hlediska správních a právních problémů v rámci vyšetřování trestné činnosti orgány Policie ČR. Významnou součástí práce je popis policejní strategie při kontaktu s domácím násilím před zahájením trestního stíhání u pachatelů a přístupu k obětem této trestné činnosti z hlediska správních, právních a psychologicko-pedagogických přístupů k problému.The bachelor thesis is focused on home violence in term of the administrative and law problems within the investigation of the criminality by the police of the Czech Republic. The very important part of the thesis is the description of the strategy of the police for the contact with home violence before the beginning of the criminal prosecution of the offenders and for admission to the victims of this crime in term of the administrative, law and psychological-pedagogic admissions to the problem.
