Tato bakalářská práce popisuje různé způsoby prevence a terapie onemocnění respiračního traktu, která se v současné době dostávají stále více do popředí. Preventivní opatření jsou u těchto onemocnění nejdůležitější, ale ne vždy dostačující. Příkladem toho může být astma bronchiale nebo chronická obstrukční plicní nemoc. V takovém případě je prioritou léčebná péče, která úzce soubisí s fyzioterapií. Princip základních metod respirační fyzioterapie je stručně objasněn v závěrečné části této práce spolu s kazuistikou týkající se dané problematiky.The bachelorś thesis exmines various principle applied in the prevention and therapy of diseaces of respiratory tract that are becoming more on the forefront. Prevention plays the most important role, however, it is not completely sufficient in many situation. Chronic obstrctive pulmonary disease and asthma bronchiale are examples of such cases. In these cases, treatment that is closely related to physiotherapy becomes the priority. The principles of basic methods of respiratory physiotherapy are described in final part of the thesis along a case study.
