Práce je zaměřena na zkoumání, jak jedinci různého věku a s různým stupněm mentálního postižení reagují na vybrané prvky muzikoterapie, zda je pro ně tato metoda zajímavá a nějakým způsobem přínosná. Při prováděném výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že muzikoterapii, popřípadě její prvky, je možno aplikovat u osob s mentálním postižením lehkého, středně těžkého i těžkého stupně. Stupeň postižení má však značný vliv na rozsah uplatnění této metody.The work concentrates on investigating how individuals with different ages and degrees of mental handicap react to the chosen parts of music-therapy and if this method is interesting and beneficial to them in some ways. The carried-out research showed that music-therapy, or its parts can be applied for person with light, medium as well as strong degrees of mental handicaps. However, the degree considerably limits the scope of application ot this method.
