Diplomová práce pojednává o trestně právní odpovědnosti při neplnění vyživovací povinnosti a jejích sociálních dopadech. V práci je shrnut historický vývoj legislativního rámce této problematiky, její současný stav, možnosti vymáhání výživného a jsou tam nastíněny možnosti novelizace několika paragrafů trestního zákona. Rovněž jsou popsány psychologické, výchovné, sociální a ekonomické dopady na dítě, které mohou nastat vlivem neplnění vyživovací povinnosti.The thesis deals with the criminal liability in the case of alimentary duty default and its social impacts. In the work the historical development of the legislative framework concerning this problems is summarized, its current state, the exaction of duty possibilities as well as the possibilities of several paragraphs of penal law amendments are outlined. In addition, the psychological, educational, social and economical impacts on child, which can arise by the default of the alimentary duty, are described.
