Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na antické motivy v literatuře 1. poloviny 20. století. Podává přehled děl, ve kterých se objevují antické motivy od počátků písemnictví do poloviny dvacátého století. Autorka se zaměřuje na konkrétní antické motivy v dílech autorů první poloviny dvacátého století a tyto motivy analyzuje. Analýzou vybraných děl bylo zjištěno rozdílné využití antických motivů vzhledem k zobrazované látce a záměrům autora.Antique motives in literature of first half 20th century are the main topic of the thesis. An overview of works with antique motives from the beginning of literature to the first half 20th century is presented here. The specific antique motives in works of first half 20th century authors are analyzed. The analysis revealed different usage of the antique motives with respect to described subject and intentions of the author.
