Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat názory mladých žen na možnost jejich seberealizace v současných podmínkách, na jejich postavení ve společnosti. Snaží se zjistit kritéria ovlivňující rozhodování žen při volbě mezi rodinou a kariérou, problém genderových stereotypů, analyzovat jejich projevy ve společnosti a přinést podněty k diskuzi o problematice genderové nerovnosti stejně jako návrhy možných změn směřujících k odstranění diskriminace žen v moderní společnosti.The aim of the thesis is to map opinions of young women of the possibility of a personal self fulfilllment in current conditions and their position in the society. The thesis tries to find out criteria influencing making a decision of women when choosing between their family and career. It also deals with gender-stereotype problem, analysis of women´s expression in society, it tries to bring in stimuli for discussion about dilemma of gender inequality as well as suggestions of potential changes focusing in elimination of gender discrimination in modern society.
