Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na poranění měkkých struktur kolenního kloubu. Ty se podílí na stabilitě celého kolena. K jejich poranění dochází vzhledem k vysokému zatížení velmi často. Nebývá narušena pouze stabilita kloubu, dochází také k poruše propriocepce a hrozí další poškození. Diagnostika těchto traumat bývá složitá, často se jedná o kombinovaná poranění a jejich rozpoznání nemusí být snadné. Léčba probíhá buď konzervativně nebo operačně. V následné rehabilitace po těchto poraněních lze využívat otevřených nebo uzavřených biomechanických řetěžců a hlavním cílem těchto kinezioterapeutických postupů je brzký návrat pacienta do funkčních aktivit.The thesis is focused on injury of soft structures of the knee joint which affect the stability of the entire knee. Due to their heavy stress, their injuries often occur and their diagnosis does not have to be easy. Treatment is either conservative or surgical. For the follw-up rehabilitation after such injuries, open or closed biomechanical chains may be used. The main goal of such kinesiotherapeutic procedures is to enable a fast return of the patient to functional activities.
