Téma bakalářské práce "Postavení a úloha rybářské stráže při kontrole výkonu rybářského práva" se zabývá analýzou právní úpravy rybářské stráže v České republice. Práce zkoumá postavení a úlohu rybářské stráže při kontrole výkonu rybářského práva, vycházející z problematiky rostoucí popularity sportovního a rekreačního rybolovu a s tím spojeného nárůstu přestupků v oblasti rybářství, přičemž vyhodnocuje právní úpravu rybářské stráže, její pravomoci a vliv na rybářství, ochranu životního prostředí a udržitelné hospodaření s vodními zdroji. Součástí práce je zkoumání efektivity činnosti rybářské stráže s případným návrhem možných zlepšení de lege ferenda.The topic of the bachelor thesis "The position and role of fishing guards in controlling the exercise of fishing rights" deals with the analysis of the legal regulation of fishery guards in the Czech Republic. The thesis examines the position and role of the fisheries guards in controlling the enforcement of fishing law, based on the issue of the growing popularity of sport and recreational fishing and the associated increase in fishing offences, while evaluating the legal regulation of the fisheries guards, their powers and influence on fisheries, environmental protection and sustainable management of water resources. The thesis examines the effectiveness of the activities of the fisheries guards with de lege ferenda proposal for possible improvements.
