Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na fenomén autenticity v kontextu oboru dramaterapie. Hlavním cílem této práce je prozkoumat autenticitu a její vliv na dramaterapeutickou intervenci a zjistit, zda se jedná o osobnostní rys, nebo o získanou dovednost. První část práce představuje teoretická východiska spojená s fenoménem autenticity v oblasti dramaterapie. Dále jsou popsány možnosti studia dramaterapie a srovnání profesního postavení dramaterapeutů v České republice a ve Velké Británii. V teoretické části práce jsou také rozebrány osobnostní a dovednostní kompetence dramaterapeutů a je zde nastíněna problematika autenticity v kontextu psychoterapie. Autorka se opírá o dostupnou odbornou literaturu, zahrnující jak české, tak zahraniční publikace, a systematicky analyzuje informace získané z relevantních článků, knih a výzkumných studií. Výzkumná část práce využívá kvalitativní výzkumnou strategii a metodu ohniskových skupin. Tyto metody přispěly ke komplexnímu porozumění, jak vnímají autenticitu studenti dramaterapie, frekventanti ve výcviku a zkušení dramaterapeuti. Získané výsledky přinášejí rozmanité informace a perspektivy účastníků. Výzkumný cíl byl naplněn pouze částečně, jelikož nebylo možné jednoznačně určit povahu autenticity jako buď osobnostního rysu, nebo naučené dovednosti. Celkově diplomová práce přispívá k rozšíření poznání o fenoménu autenticity v oblasti dramaterapie a poskytuje cenné informace, které mohou být využity jak v teoretické rovině, tak v praktické aplikaci tohoto oboru.The thesis focuses on the phenomenon of authenticity in the context of the field of dramatherapy. The main aim of this thesis is to explore authenticity and its impact on dramatherapy intervention and to determine whether it is a personality trait or an acquired skill. The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical background associated with the phenomenon of authenticity in the field of dramatherapy. It then describes the possibilities of studying dramatherapy and compares the professional status of dramatherapists in the Czech Republic and the UK. The theoretical part of the thesis also discusses the personal and skill competencies of dramatherapists and outlines the issue of authenticity in the context of psychotherapy. The author draws on the available literature, including both Czech and international publications, and systematically analyses information obtained from relevant articles, books and research studies. The research part of the thesis uses a qualitative research strategy and the focus group method. These methods have contributed to a comprehensive understanding of how authenticity is perceived by dramatherapy students, trainees in training and experienced drama therapists. The results provide diverse information and perspectives of the participants. The research aim was only partially met as it was not possible to clearly identify the nature of authenticity as either a personality trait or a learned skill. Overall, the thesis contributes to the expansion of knowledge about the phenomenon of authenticity in the field of dramatherapy and provides valuable information that can be used both in theoretical terms and in the practical application of the field.
