Diplomová práca sa zaoberá biomechanickými vlastnosťami rohovky vo vzťahu ku glaukóvovému ochoreniu a je rozdelená do dvoch celkov. Teoretickú časť tvorí prehľadný popis charakteristiky diagnostiky a liečby očnej hypertenzie a glaukómu. Zároveň uvádza do problematiky merania vnútroočného tlaku. Podstatnou časťou teoretickej časti je biomechanika rohovky a popis prístrojov, ktoré umožňujú meranie týchto parametrov. V experimentálnej časti je popísaná realizovaná štúdia, zameraná na odlišnosti určitých biomechanických parametrov pri očnej hypertenzii a glaukóme meraných na prístroji OCULUS Corvis? ST a ORA. Obsahuje metodiku, výsledky a diskusiu, v ktorej sú zistené poznatky pozorované s už publikovanými štúdiamu.The diploma thesis focuses on the biomechanical properties of the cornea in relation to glaucoma disease and is divided into two main sections. The theoretical part comprises a clear description of the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of ocular hypertension and glaucoma. The thesis also describes the measurement of intraocular pressure. A significant part of the theoretical section is dedicated to corneal biomechanics and describes the instruments that enable the measurement of these parameters. In the experimental section, a conducted study is described, focusing on the differences in certain biomechanical parameters between ocular hypertension and glaucoma measured using the OCULUS Corvis? ST and ORA devices. It includes methodology, results, and discussion, where the findings are compared with previously published studies.
