Tato práce zkoumá vztah mezi attachmentem v dospělosti a internalizovanou transfobií u transgender osob. Teoretická část poskytuje komplexní přehled problematiky transgender identity, attachmentu a jejich vzájemných souvislostí. Výzkumná část analyzuje data získaná od 175 dospělých transgender osob prostřednictvím dotazníkových metod Experiences in Close Relationships (ECR-CZ) a Transgender Identity Survey (TIS). Výsledky ukazují, že existuje statisticky významná souvislost mezi nejistým attachmentem a mírou internalizované transfobie. Vztahová úzkostnost pozitivně koreluje s dimenzemi "passing", odcizení, stud a celkovým skórem internalizované transfobie. Vztahová vyhýbavost negativně koreluje s dimenzí hrdosti a pozitivně s dimenzemi "passing", odcizení, stud a celkovým skórem internalizované transfobie. Z demografických charakteristik vykazují souvislost s internalizovanou transfobií především genderová identita a vzdělání. Práce diskutuje teoretické a praktické implikace těchto zjištění pro psychologickou péči o transgender osoby a zdůrazňuje význam attachmentu jako faktoru ovlivňujícího schopnost vytvářet pozitivní transgender identitu.This thesis examines the relationship between adult attachment and internalized transphobia among transgender individuals. The theoretical section provides a comprehensive overview of transgender identity, attachment theory, and their intersections. The research component analyzes data collected from 175 adult transgender individuals using the Experiences in Close Relationships (ECR-CZ) and Transgender Identity Survey (TIS) questionnaires. Results demonstrate a statistically significant relationship between insecure attachment and internalized transphobia. Attachment anxiety positively correlates with the passing, alienation, and shame dimensions, as well as with the overall score of internalized transphobia. Attachment avoidance negatively correlates with pride and positively with passing, alienation, shame, and the overall internalized transphobia score. Among demographic characteristics, gender identity and education show significant associations with internalized transphobia. The thesis discusses theoretical and practical implications of these findings for psychological care of transgender individuals and emphasizes the importance of attachment as a factor influencing the development of positive transgender identity.
