Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou intoxikací u dětí.Teoretická východiska byla zpracována z dohledaných výzkumných studií z databází EBSCO, PubMed, Medvik, Google Scholar a byly rozpracovány do dvou dílčích cílů. Prvním cílem bakalářské práce bylo sumarizovat aktuální dohledatelné poznatky o intoxikacích u dětí v jednotlivých věkových obdobích. Každé věkové období je specifické a výskyt otrav je rozdílný. Jedním z problémů intoxikací dětí je nedostatečná prevence a neznalost následků intoxikací. Zdravotnický personál hraje důležitou roli v edukaci rodičů. Druhým cílem bylo sumarizovat aktuální dohledatelné poznatky o intoxikacích alkoholem u dospívajících. Má závažný dopad nejen na jejich věkové období, ale i na další vývoj a riziko zvýšeného požívání alkoholických nápojů v dospělosti. Důležitou součástí je edukace a informovanost o závažných následcích užívání alkoholu v dospívání.This survey bachelor thesis addresses the issues of intoxication of children. The theoretical solutions have been based and processed in compliance with the available research studies accessible at the EBSCO, PubMed, Medvik, Google Scholar databases and further elaborated into two constituent objectives. The first objective of the thesis was to summarise the actual traceable findings related to intoxication of children within the range of various age groups. Each of the aforementioned groups shows specific features and variable intoxication occurrence ratio. One of the weighty issues connected to intoxication of children reflects insufficient prevention and ignorance of the related consequences. Medical staff plays an important role in education of parents on the issue. The second objective of the thesis was to summarise current retrievable evidence related to alcohol intoxication of adolescents. It represents serious possible impacts related not only to the typical features connected with their age but mainly with their further development and the possible risks of excessive abuse of alcohol in their adulthood. Proper education and awareness of possible serious impacts on human life in connection to alcohol use in adolescence is an inevitable part of the issue.
