Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na diagnostiku úrovně rychlostních schopností u hráčů fotbalu v kategorii U11. V teoretické části je rozebrán fotbalový trénink, pohybové schopnosti, mladší školní věk a diagnostika ve fotbale. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je určení úrovně rychlostních schopností kategorie U11 pomocí vybraných rychlostních testů. v praktické části je popsáno testování a naměřené výsledky. K diagnostice byly použity testy z testové baterie od Fotbalové asociace FAČR, a to test na lineární rychlost - běh na 5 m, 10 m a 20 m a test rychlosti změny směru - agility 5-0-5. Výsledky jsou zpracovány v programu Microsoft Excel a vyplývá z nich, že v testu lineární rychlosti jsou rychlejší obránci než útočníci. Naopak v testu agility 5-0-5 byli rychlejší útočníci než obránci. U obou testů ale nebyly zpozorovány velké odchylky, jak už u jednotlivců, tak mezi posty.This bachelor thesis focuses on the diagnosis of the level of speed abilities in U11 soccer players. The theoretical part discusses soccer training, motor skills, younger school age and diagnostics in soccer. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the level of speed abilities of the U11 category using selected speed tests. in the practical part the testing and measured results are described. The tests used for diagnostics were taken from the test battery of the Football Association of the Czech Republic (FAČR), namely the linear speed test - 5 m, 10 m and 20 m runs and the change of direction speed test - agility 5-0-5. The results are processed in Microsoft Excel and show that in the linear speed test the defenders are faster than the forwards. On the other hand, in the agility 5-0-5 test the attackers were faster than the defenders. However, for both tests, no large variations were observed, both for individuals and between posts.
