Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami nukleární medicíny, které slouží k diagnostice nádorových onemocnění a jejich metastáz. Práce nejprve popisuje nukleární medicínu jako lékařský obor a přístroje používané na pracovištích nukleární medicíny. V dalších částech se věnuje radiofarmakům, radiační ochraně a nádorovým onemocněním z anatomicko-patologického hlediska. Nejrozsáhlejší částí práce jsou samotné detekční metody rozlišené podle radiofarmak. Prezentované informace byly dohledány v odborné literatuře a v elektronických vědeckých databázích.This bachelor's thesis is concerned with the methods of nuclear medicine, which are used to diagnose cancer diseases and their metastases. Firstly, this thesis describes nuclear medicine as a medical specialty and the devices used in the workplace of nuclear medicine. Secondly, this thesis looks at radiopharmaceuticals, radiation protection and oncological diseases from an anatomical-pathological perspective. The most extensive part of this thesis is devoted to detection methods, differentiated by radiopharmaceuticals. Presented information has been obtained from academic literature and electronic scientific databases.
