Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na přístupnost informací v kulturních institucích lidem s mentálním postižením. Jejím cílem na základě absolventské práce vytvořit projekt o zvýšení přístupnosti vybraných veřejných institucí lidem s mentálním postižením v Olomouci. Práce obsahuje vymezení klíčových pojmů přístupnosti a mentálního postižení a teoretické zakotvení tématu v oblastech sociální politiky, teoriích a metodách sociální práce, etickém hledisku a právní úpravě osob s mentálním postižením. Výsledkem celé práce je projekt realizování výstavy uměleckých děl organizované lidmi s mentálním postižením, který má za cíl zvýšit autonomii pěti osob s mentálním postižením zapojením do realizačního týmu projektu a účastí na jeho aktivitách. Důležitou součástí projektu je participace klienta, která vede ke zvýšení míry autonomie, zplnomocnění a k aktivnímu zapojení klienta do společenského a kulturního dění.This bachelor thesis focuses on the accessibility of information in cultural institutions for people with learning disabilities. Its aim is to create a project based on the graduation thesis on increasing the accessibility of chosen public institutions for people with learning disabilities in the city of Olomouc. The thesis includes the definition of key concepts of accessibility and learning disability and theoretical grounding of the topic in the areas of social policy, theories and methods of social work, ethical perspective and legal regulation of people with learning disabilities. As a result of the whole work, a project of realization of an exhibition of artworks organized by people with learning disabilities was developed, which aim is to increase the autonomy of five people with learning disabilities by joining the project's realization team and participating in its activities. An important part of the project is the participation of the client, which leads to an increased level of autonomy, empowerment and active involvement of the client in social and cultural life.
