Tématem této bakalářské práce je problematika biologických agens jako součástí biologických zbraní a jejich účinků na lidský organismus. Cílem práce bylo zjistit aktuální informace o povědomí k tématu biologických agens a možnostech realizaci improvizované ochrany proti jejich účinkům. V teoretické části je stručně popsán historický kontext použití biologických agens jakožto součástí biologických zbraní. Hlavní pozornost je zaměřena na účinky biologických agens na lidský organismus včetně průmyslových biologických agens a možnostech profesionální a improvizované ochrany. Praktická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření a jeho následné vyhodnocení. Na základě dotazníku byla navrhnuta možná opatření pro zlepšení aktuální situace v oblasti vzdělávání žáků na základních a středních školách, dále pak ve vzdělávání veřejnosti.The topic of this bachelor thesis is the issue of biological agents as components of biological weapons and their effects on the human organism. The aim of the thesis was to find out current information about the subconscious on the topic of biological agents and the possibilities of implementing improvised protection against their effects. The theoretical part briefly describes the historical context of the use of biological agents as components of biological weapons. The main focus is on the effects of biological agents on the human body, including industrial biological agents, and the possibilities of professional and improvised protection. The practical part includes a questionnaire survey and its subsequent evaluation. On the basis of the questionnaire, possible measures were proposed to improve the current situation in the field of education of pupils in primary and secondary schools, as well as in public education.
