Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit a popsat vlivy faktorů emoční inteligence vzdělavatelů jazykových kurzů pro dospělé na spokojenost s těmito kurzy. V teoretické části jsou představena teoretická východiska k tématům emoční inteligence, neformální vzdělávání a vzdělavatel dospělých. Také je zmíněno téma spokojenost. Tato teorie slouží jako podklad pro empirickou část. V empirické části je popsán průběh provedeného kvantitativního výzkumu. Od tvorby výzkumných otázek, hypotéz a otázek do dotazníku až po analýzu a intepretaci dat. Na závěr této části je diskuse. Závěr je shrnutím práce a je zde popsáno, zda se podařilo naplnit cíl práce a jak odpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku vzhledem k získaným datům.The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to identify and describe the impact of emotional intelligence factors of adult language course educators on satisfaction with these courses. In the theoretical part, theoretical backgrounds are presented on topics of emotional intelligence, non-formal education and adult educator. The topic of stisfation is also mentioned. This backgrounds serve as the basis for the empirical part. The empirical section describes the course of the quantitative research carried out. From the production of research questions, hypotheses and questions for the questionnaire, to the analysis and intepretation of data. At the end of this section is a discussion. The conclusion is a summary of the thesis, it describes whether the aim thesis has been achieved and how to answer the main research question given the data obtained.
