Este trabajo trata sobre las diferencias diatópicas documentadas en las traducciones de dos películas: Forrest Gump y Eat, Pray, Love. Con este objetivo se han descrito varios términos relacionados tanto con la traducción audiovisual como el espa?ol americano o las variedades léxicas. El objetivo de este trabajo de fin de grado es interpretar los datos obtenidos, sacar posibles razones para las diferencias en la traducción y calcular el porcentaje de las diferencias entre los vocabularios de las personas hispanohablantes de ambos continentes.This bachelor's thesis deals with the diatopic differences documented in the translations of two films: Forrest Gump and Eat, Pray, Love. With this objective, several terms related to both audiovisual translation and American Spanish or lexical varieties have been described. The purpose of this BA thesis is to interpret the data obtained, find possible reasons for the differences in translation, and calculate the percentage of differences between the vocabularies of Spanish-speaking people from both continents.
