Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem relativně nové metody tomosyntézy, která je postupem času zaváděna do screeningu karcinomu prsu. V práci je popsána obecná mamografie a její technika, mamografický přístroj, způsoby detekce karcinomu prsu, tomosyntéza a screeningové metody, které jsou nedílnou součástí prevence žen po celé České republice. Praktická část se zabývá porovnáváním doby vyšetření, doby čtení lékařem a srovnáním dávek z vyšetření pomocí digitální mamografie a tomosyntézy. Práce se zamýšlí nad otázkou zavedení tomosyntézy do screeningu karcinomu prsu a snaží se výzkumem prokázat výhody a nevýhody tomosyntézy.The diploma thesis deals with the topic of a new method tomosynthesis, which is gradually introduced into breast cancer screening. The diploma thesis describes general mammography and its technique, mammography device, methods of breast cancer detection, tomosynthesis and screening methods. Screening methods are an integral part of women's prevention in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the diploma thesis deals with the comparison of examination time, doctor's reading time and examination doses from digital mammography and digital tomosynthesis. The diploma thesis considers the issue of introducing tomosynthesis into breast cancer screening and it tries to prove the advantages and disadvantages of tomosynthesis.
