Master thesis Europeanisation of the fight against terrorism: A Comparative Analysis of the Czech Republic, Germany and Austria focuses on mapping this divergent experience of terrorism, engagement with the EU agenda and comparing the implementation of EU legislation. By its nature, it offers a very close link between the field of EU policy and European law. The aim of the thesis is to define Europeanisation in the field of law, to enumerate the content of specific instruments applied at the EU level and to assess the extent to which Europeanisation of the fight against terrorism is taking place at the level of the three selected states.
