Tato diplomová práce pojednává o institutu vydědění a důvodech vydědění v rámci české právní úpravy. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá institutem nepominutelného dědice, ochranou nepominutelného dědice a povinným dílem. Ve druhé kapitole jsem se zaměřila na obecné vymezení pojmu vydědění a na listinu o prohlášení o vydědění. Třetí kapitola popisuje jednotlivé důvody vydědění. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na negativní závěť. Cílem této diplomové práce je poskytnout ucelený a systematický výklad k jednotlivým důvodům vydědění a jejich podrobný právně teoretický rozbor. A dále poukázat na některé problematické aspekty.This diploma thesis is about the institute of disinheritance and the reasons for disinheritance in Czech law system. The diploma thesis is divided into four chapters. The first one deals with the institute of forced heir, the protection of forced heir and the forced share. In the second chapter I focused on the general definition of disinheritance and the declaration of disinheritance. The third chapter describes the reasons for disinheritance. The fourth chapter is focused on the negative will. The aim of this diploma thesis is to provide comprehensive and systematic interpretation of the reasons for disinheritance and their detailed legal theoretical analysis. Next step is to point out on some problematic aspects.
