Neutral heel lateral push test se v klinické praxi využívá pro hodnocení plantárního kalkaneonavikulárního vazu. Cílem diplomové práce bylo posoudit reliabilitu a validitu Neutral heel lateral push testu. Ke zhodnocení byl použit Vicon MX (Vicon Motion Systems, Oxford, Velká Británie), videozáznam, jež byl zpracován pomocí softwaru Tracker 6.0.3 (Open Source Physic, Spojené státy americké) a současné vizuální posouzení posunu předonoží vůči zadonoží vyšetřujícím fyzioterapeutem. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 32 probandů (13 mužů a 19 žen) s průměrným věkem 30,6 ? 10,9 let a "Body Mass Indexem" 23,2 ? 4,0. K posouzení relativní reliability byl zvolen vnitrotřídní korelační koeficient. Pro posouzení absolutní reliability byla vybrána standardní chyba měření a minimální detekovatelná změna. K hodnocení validity byl použit Pearsonův korelační koeficient. Statisticky významné výsledky diplomové práce ukázaly vnitrotřídní korelační koeficient u všech typů zhodnocení Neutral heel lateral push testu větší jak 0,8. Standardní chyba měření se pohybovala mezi 0,5-0,7 stupňů a minimální detekovatelná změna byla 1,4-1,9 stupňů. Při posouzení validity pomocí Pearsonova korelačního koeficientu se ukázalo, že existuje výborná korelace mezi hodnocením výsledků pomocí systému Vicon a programu Tracker. Naopak při porovnání mezi Viconem a vizuálním hodnocením byla korelace velmi nízká. Z výsledků vyplývá, že vizuální hodnocení Neutral heel lateral push testu je při 5 opakovaných pokusech spolehlivým klinickým vyšetřením.The Neutral heel lateral push test is used in clinical practice to evaluate the spring ligament. The aim of the diploma thesis was to assess the reliability and validity of the Neutral heel lateral push test using Vicon MX (Vicon Motion Systems, Oxford, UK), video evaluation by Tracker 6.0.3 software (Open Source Physic, United States of America) and visual assessment by the examining physiotherapist. The study involved 32 probands (13 men and 19 women) with an average age of 30.6 ? 10.9 years and a Body Mass Index of 23.2 ? 4,0. The intra-class correlation coefficient was chosen to assess relative reliability. A standard error of measurement and a minumum detectable change were selected to asses the absolute reliability. Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to evaluate validity. Statistically significant results of the diploma thesis showed an intraclass correlation coefficient in all types of Neutral heel lateral push test evaluation greater than 0,8. The standard measurement error ranged between 0,5-0,7 degrees and the minimum detectable change was 1,4-1,9 degrees. When evaluating validity using the Pearson correlation coefficient, it was found that there is an excellent correlation between the evaluation of the results using Vicon and Tracker. On the other hand, the correlation was very low when comparing Vicon and visual evaluation. The results show that the visual evaluation of the Neutral heel lateral push test is a reliable examination in 5 repeated trials.
