Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pojem nejlepšího zájmu dítěte v rámci řízení ve věcech péče soudu o nezletilé. Na začátku práce je vymezen pojem nejlepšího zájmu jako takový, shrnuta jeho legislativní úprava a problematika kolize zájmů dítěte a stručně vymezen blízký pojem blaha dítěte. Následující kapitoly práce se zabývají řízením ve věcech péče soudu o nezletilé, profesemi, které v řízeních vystupují a jejich rolí v těchto řízeních a vlivem Cochemské praxe na jejich fungování. Poslední kapitola se věnuje srovnání postupů v řízeních ve věcech péče soudu o nezletilé v regionech Cochemskou praxi využívající s regiony, jež praxi nepřejaly.The diploma thesis is focused on the concept of the best interest of the child in the context of proceedings in matters of court care for minors. At the beginning of the work, the concept of the best interest as such is defined, its legislative regulation and the issue of the conflict of the child's interests are summarized, and the close concept of the child's well-being is briefly defined. The following chapters of the thesis deal with the proceedings in matters of court care for minors, the professions that appear in the proceedings and their role in these proceedings and the influence of the Cochemic practice on their functioning. The last chapter is devoted to a comparison of the procedures in the proceedings in matters of court care for minors in regions using the Cochem practice with regions that did not adopt the Cochemic practice.
