Bakalářská práce se zabývá fluorescenčními systémy, které mají široké uplatnění v různých vědních oborech, zejména pro schopnost detekce proteáz a determinace pH. Experimentální část je zaměřena na přípravu čtyř fluorescenčních sond se stejným peptidovým řetězcem lišících se v navázání chromoforových linkerů. U těchto látek byly dále zkoumány fluorescenční vlastnosti a jejich možná aplikace v oblasti stanovení pH a detekce modelového enzymu trypsinu.The bachelor thesis deals with fluorescent systems that have a wild range of applications in various scientific fields, especially for the ability to detect proteases and determine pH. The experimental part is focused on the preparation of four fluorescent probes with the same peptide chain differing in the attachment of chromophore linkers. The fluorescence properties of these coumpounds were futher studied, along with their potential application in pH determination and detection of the model enzyme trypsin.
