Bakalářská práce se zabývá použitím zbraní příslušníky Policie České republiky. Cílem práce je vymezit pojem "zbraň", charakterizovat oprávněné i neoprávněné použití zbraně příslušníky Policie České republiky, vymezit práva a povinnosti policistů při použití zbraně, analyzovat podmínky pro použití zbraně, a objasnit obsah a cíl školení a výcviku policistů se zbraněmi. Součástí bakalářské práce je zpracování judikatury vztahující se k excesu policisty při použití zbraně.The bachelor thesis deals with the use of weapons by members of the Police of the Czech Republic. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define the term "weapon", to characterize the justified and unjustified use of weapon by members of Police of the Czech Republic, to define the rights and responsibilities of police officers when using a weapon, to analyze the conditions for using a weapon, and to clarify the content and goal of education and training of police officers with weapons. Part of the bachelor thesis is the processing of juriprudence related to the excess of a police officer when using a weapon.
