Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá institutem vykázáním z pohledu Policie ČR. Je členěna do 4 kapitol. První kapitola uvádí do dané problematiky a vysvětluje základní pojmy. Druhá se zabývá samotným domácím násilím a ochranou proti němu. Třetí sleduje vývoj právní úpravy v oblasti vykázání a s tím vývoj práv a povinností příslušníku Policie ČR. Čtvrtá se zabývá analýzou judikatury, spolu s představením důležitých aspektů vykázání a případné obraně proti rozhodnutí o vykázání.This bachelor's thesis focuses on The Institute of Banishment from the point of view of the Police of the Czech Republic. Thesis consist of four chapters. The first chapter introduces the issue and explains the basic concepts. The second chapter deals with domestic violence itself and protection against it. The third chapter follows the development of legislation in the field of reporting and with that the development of rights and obligations of a member of the Police of the Czech Republic. The fourth chapter deals with the analysis of jurisprudence, along with the presentation of important aspects of the banishment and the possible defence against the Banishment decision.
