Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem výskytu padlí na čeledi Fabaceae. Teoretická část popisuje charakteristiku čeledi Fabaceae a její zástupce. Dále je zde popsána stručná charakteristika padlí a zástupci padlí napadající bobovité rostliny a problematika výskytu padlí na čeledi Fabaceae. V experimentální části bylo cílem sběr vzorků bobovitých rostlin s padlím, jejich zpracování a následná morfologická charakteristika a určování konkrétních druhů. Bylo sesbíráno 28 vzorků, z nichž několik vzorků padlí se vyskytovalo na stejném druhu rostliny, ale byly sbírány v jiném časovém období a na jiném místě. Vzorky byly většinou zpracovány pomocí Shinovy metody či pouhým seškrábnutím struktur do kapky vody. Ve většině vzorků (20) byly mikroskopovány pouze nepohlavní stádia, ve 2 vzorcích pouze pohlavní a ve zbylých 6 pohlavní i nepohlavní stádia padlí. U obou stádií byly měřeny velikosti struktur (konidioforů, konidií, chasmothecií, atd.) a byly sledovány určovací znaky. Celkově bylo určeno 7 druhů padlí - Erysiphe astragali DC., Erysiphe palczewskii (Jacz.) U. Braun & S. Takam., Erysiphe robiniae var. robiniae Grev., Erysiphe pisi var. pisi DC., Erysiphe trifoliorum (Wallr.) U. Braun, Erysiphe baeumleri (Magnus) U. Braun & S. Takam. a Erysiphe intermedia (U. Braun) U. Braun.This master thesis deals with the study of the occurrence of powdery mildew on the Fabaceae family. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the Fabaceae family and its representatives; the characteristics of powdery mildews and the problem of the occurrence of powdery mildew on the Fabaceae family was also described here. In the experimental part, the aim was to collect samples of leguminous plants with powdery mildew, their subsequent morphological characteristics and determination of species. 28 samples were collected, of which several samples of powdery mildews occurred on the same host plant species, but were collected at a different time period and in a different location. The samples were mostly processed using Shin's method or by scraping stuctures into a drop of water. In the majority of samples (20) only non-sexual stages were observed, in 2 samples only sexual and in the remaining 6 both sexual and non-sexual stages of powdery mildew were found. For both stages, the sizes of the structures (conidiophores, conidia, chasmothecia, etc.) were measured and the determining characters were observed. In total, 7 powdery mildew species were determined - Erysiphe palczewskii (Jacz.) U. Braun & S. Takam., Erysiphe robiniae var. robiniae Grev., Erysiphe pisi var. pisi DC., Erysiphe trifoliorum (Wallr.) U. Braun, Erysiphe baeumleri (Magnus) U. Braun & S. Takam. and Erysiphe intermedia (U. Braun) U. Braun.
