Diplomová práce pojednává o roli zobrazovacích metod v diagnostice polytraumat. Práce je zaměřena na problematiku polytraumat a jednotlivé zobrazovací metody. Dále popisuje jednotlivé vyšetřovací protokoly na CT a MR a roli radiologického asistenta na daném pracovišti. Práce definuje přehled publikovaných poznatků z české i světové literatury posledních 15 let. Je také doplněna o výzkum, který se zabývá typy traumat a polytraumat a pacienty ošetřenými v Nemocnici Šumperk a. s. a zobrazovacími metodami, které se uplatňují. Nastiňuje význam polytraumatického CT protokolu v nemocnici okresního typu, vyhodnocuje strukturu polytraumatického CT protokolu a četnost využití za posledních pět let. Na tento výzkum navazuje komparace s dalšími pracovišti a zejména s Fakultní nemocnicí Olomouc. Cíle práce jsou definovat roli polytraumat v současné urgentní medicíně (1), vyhodnotit význam jednotlivých zobrazovacích metod v diagnostice polytraumat (2) a provést výzkum postupů a protokolů používaných v praxi a role radiologického asistenta v diagnostickém zobrazování (3).The diploma thesis discusses the role of imaging methods in the diagnosis of polytrauma. The work is focused on the issue of polytrauma and individual imaging methods. It also describes the individual CT and MR examination protocols and the role of the radiologic assistant at the certain workplace. The thesis defines an overview of published knowledge from Czech and world literature of the last 15 years. It is also supplemented by research that deals with types of traumas and polytrauma and patients treated at Nemocnice Šumperk a.s. and imaging methods that are applied. It outlines the importance of the polytrauma CT protocol in a district-type hospital, evaluates the structure of the polytrauma CT protocol and the frequency of use over the last 5 years. This research is followed by a comparison with other workplaces and especially with the Fakultní Nemocnice Olomouc. The objectives of the thesis are to define the role of polytrauma in contemporary emergency medicine (1), to evaluate the importance of individual imaging methods in the diagnosis of polytrauma (2) and conduct research on procedures and protocols used in practice and the role of the radiology assistant in diagnostic imaging (3).
