Diplomová práce pojednává o tématu pozdního mateřství jakožto o fenoménu této doby. Cílem této práce bylo zmapovat faktory, které vedou ženy k odložení mateřství. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a empirické. V teoretické části naleznete základní definice pojmů jako je plodnost, věk, těhotenství, mateřství, rodičovství apod. Následně je již celá teoretická část věnována definici pojmu "pozdní mateřství". Jsou zde vyjmenovány a popsány faktory, kvůli kterým ženy přistupují k odkladu mateřství a také rizika spojená s pozdním mateřstvím. Na konci teoretické práce naleznete i mezinárodní porovnání porodnosti. Empirická část je věnována výzkumu faktorů, které v dnešní době vedou ženy k odložení mateřství.Title: Late motherhood - phenomenon of this time The diploma thesis deals with the topic of late motherhood as a phenomenon of this time. Here are listed and described the factors that lead women to postpone motherhood, as well as the risks associated with late motherhood. At the end of the theoretical work, you will also find an international comparison of birth rates. The empirical part is devoted to the research of the factors that nowadays lead women to postpone motherhood.
