Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem nošení respiračních ochranných pomůcek na nitrooční tlak zdravých jedinců. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje anatomii oka, nitroočnímu tlaku, tonometrii, oční hypertenzi a významným historickým událostem z oblasti vývoje a použití respirační ochrany. Stěžejní částí diplomové práce je kapitola fyziologické účinky obličejových masek během aerobní zátěže. Experimentální část se skládá z metodiky a výsledků studie, které jsou zaměřeny na porovnání hodnot nitroočního tlaku s nasazenou rouškou, respirátorem či bez ochrany obličeje.The thesis aims to study the effect of wearing respiratory protective equipment on intraocular pressure in healthy subjects. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part introduces the anatomy of the eye, intraocular pressure, tonometry, and ocular hypertension and presents the important historical events in developing and using respiratory protective equipment. The main part of the thesis focus on the physiological effects of wearing respiratory protective equipment during aerobic exercise. The experimental part consists of the methodology and results focused on comparing intraocular pressure with or without a face or respirator mask.
