Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou apendicitidy v těhotenství. Akutní apendicitida se řadí mezi nejčastější náhlé příhody břišní, které se v těhotenství vyskytují. Práce předkládá poznatky o diagnostice, terapii a komplikacích apendicitidy v těhotenství. Ze získaných informací vyplývá, že diagnostika apendicitidy v těhotenství je obtížná a nezahájení včasné chirurgické intervence s sebou nese vysoké riziko mateřských a fetálních komplikací. Teoretické informace byly čerpány z elektronických vědeckých databází BMČ, EBSCO, GOOGLE Scholar a PubMed.The overview bachelor thesis deals with the issue of appendicitis in pregnancy. Acute appendicitis is one of the most common sudden abdominal events that occurs during pregnancy. The work presents knowledge about the diagnosis, therapy and complications of appendicitis in pregnancy. The information obtained shows that the diagnosis of appendicitis in pregnancy is difficult and failure to initiate early surgery carries a high risk of maternal and fetal complications. Theoretical information was drawn from the electronic scientific databases BMČ, EBSCO, GOOGLE Scholar and PubMed.
