Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zapojování vojenského zdravotnictví Armády České republiky do řešení následků mimořádných událostí a krizových situací. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit aktuální názory členů zdravotnické záchranné služby na možnost zvýšení počtu zdravotníků využitých z Armády České republiky při řešení těchto událostí. V teoretické části této práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, integrovaný záchranný systém, zdravotnická záchranná služba spolu s důležitými činnostmi a Armáda České republiky, která je blíže specifikována, také je zde představeno její vyžadování a vyčleněné síly a prostředky. V praktické části byly realizovány polostrukturované rozhovory se šesti členy zdravotnické záchranné služby. Získaná data byla následně vyhodnocena, diskutována a na jejich základě byly představeny návrhy vedoucí ke zlepšení této problematiky.The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the involvement of the military health care of the Army of the Czech Republic in dealing with the consequences of emergencies and crisis situations. The main aim of this thesis was to find out the current opinions of members of the medical emergency service on the possibility of increasing the number of medical personnel used from the Army of the Czech Republic in dealing with these events. The theoretical part of this thesis defines integrated rescue system, the medical rescue service together with important activities and the Army of the Czech Republic are defined, which is specified in more detail, also its requirement and allocated forces and resources are presented. In the practical part, semi-structured interviews were conducted with six members of the medical rescue service. The obtained data were subsequently evaluated, discussed and based on them, suggestions were presented leading to the improvement of this issue.
