Dlouhotrvající stres negativně ovlivňuje nejen celkový vývoj a růst dítěte jak prenatálně, tak postnatálně, ale má dopad i na nervové a endokrinní regulační mechanismy. Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit ucelený přehled problematiky vlivu stresu na psychomotorický vývoj dítěte. Popsat mechanismy působení stresu na vyvíjející se dětský organismus. Zmapovat patofyziologické účinky ve vztahu k růstu a vývojovým schématům v prenatálním i postnatálním období včetně nastínění možností fyzioterapeutické intervence.Long-term stress not only negatively affects the overall development and growth of the child, both prenatally and postnatally, but also has an impact on neural and endocrine regulatory mechanisms. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to present a comprehensive overview of the issue of the impact of stress on the psychomotor development of the child. This thesis also describes the mechanisms of stress which influence the developing organism and maps the pathophysiological effects in relation to growth and developmental patterns in the prenatal and postnatal period, including an outline of possibilities of physiotherapy interventions.
